Samana Yoga: Balance for Body, Mind and Spirit
Samana means balance. In the demands of our modern world of stress, anxiety and depression, medicines and drugs can, at the most, mask or suppress the symptoms that can then manifest physically and mentally. The ancient mystics of India created yoga to go to the source of humanity’s nature to bring Samana, not only to the body, but the mind and spirit. This class is designed to bring back the original intent and take us in that direction. “Go to the source of your being and be whole from there.”
