Elaine O’Rourke, 500hr teacher& musicianis continually inspired by the transformations that occur through yoga and how the magic of music can transport you to another dimension. This shines through in her optimistic, up-beat, but calming personality. Her compassionate teaching encourages you to reach for that blissful state and to be fully present in all aspects of life. By her commitment to learning and delving deeper into the yogic teachings, she constantly brings a fresh approach to her classes.
She enjoys integrating knowledge from different styles and has studied with many renowned teachers. Certified through YogaSpirit Studios at 500hr level, she also assists in their teacher training programs. Other trainings include Sivananda Org 200hr and the Anusara Immersions. Elaine leads international yoga retreats as well as Kirtans (chants) with the Sacred Angels. Her lilting Irish voice will invoke the mystical within you as she serenades you in Savasana!
