Joseph Jefferies is a professional ballet dancer turned yogi. Joseph is a student of Anusara Yoga. Thinking yoga would sustain his conditioning for dance, which it did, he also found that it brought a new an profound steadiness and strength to his life and how he now lives it. Joseph has over 500 hundred certified Anusara training hours with John Friend, Marc St. Pierre, Desiree Rumbaugh, Jackie Prete and Noah Maze. He had the good fortune to attend a Bagavad Gita intensive on Maui with John Friend and Ram Dass. Joseph has spent the last five years touring the world, dancing in over 20 different countries. "Seeing so much of the world has given me an incredible perspective and appreciation for the amazing diversity of this planet which has created a great love and respect for life." Joseph is thrilled to share his experience in yoga and is pleased to finally have a home on the North Shore.
