Ramani infuses his classes with the Indian Classical Style of Hatha Yoga as his base. In his classes, you will use poses, which flow one into the other, working in series. Throughout each flow cycle we will be synchronize to our natural breath and mind focus. This specific combination of pace, repetition, breath and awareness allows us to align, strengthen, stretch, balance and harmonize body mind and spirit, at the same time, calming, healing and centering is achieved. This helps you to let go of the old tensions and replace it with tranquility and peacefulness. An opening visualization to create a serene environment and a closing meditation of Yoga Nidra will bring the class to a perfect completion.
Ramani has been practicing Yoga Traditions and Meditation for over forty years. He has studied and visited many teachers in India, his country of origin, and brings to his classes a unique flavor of East-meets-West.
