Stephanie’s path to yoga started in 1999 when she took her first vinyasa class and found what seemed to have been missing. She loved everything about it; the workout, the music, the environment, the sense of peace that permeated the room. Having grown up playing a variety of sports and dance, she found that yoga was the perfect combination of athleticism and grace.
After years of practice she found that she really needed to know more; more about each pose, the breath, and certainly more about the spirit of
yoga. So, she became certified at the 200-hour level by Kim Valeri of
Yogaspirit Studios. She is now a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) in Iyengarstyle.
Her classes focus on connecting movement with breath in a flowing sequence, all the while focusing on alignment. She aims to strengthen
mind, body and spirit in a light and energetic atmosphere.
