BARRE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

BARRE 
This all levels Barre class mixes elements of pilates, yoga and dance, creating a fun, high energy, full-body workout. Exercises are done both on the mat and at the barre. With precise movements and heavy repetition, focus is on lengthening and toning the muscles, while also building strength and endurance. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness, and can be modified as needed. Class is done barefoot or in "sticky socks". Please bring a mat to class.

BARRE Express

An express version of our barre class! A high energy, full-body workout mixing elements of Pilates, yoga and dance. Expect a shorter warm up and cool down. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness, and can be modified as needed. Class is done barefoot or in "sticky socks". Please bring a mat to class.
