PRIVATE SESSIONS FOR YOUR CHILD OR TEEN
Yoga can benefit your child in so many ways. Does your child struggle with concentration? Or could they use calming and centering techniques when faced with challenges, both physical and mental? (Couldn't we all!?) Yoga can provide your child with the tools to benefit them throughout their lives. We can work together to come up with a short- or long-term plan to address your child's specific needs. Our instructors are available to work with children all ages including those with special needs.
FAMILY or PARENT/CHILD YOGA
Yoga fun for the whole family! Kids get to spend quality, fun time with their parents and siblings and adults have the unique opportunity to relearn how to play with your kids and connect with them on a whole new level. Games, partner poses, and imaginary yoga adventures will have you and your family bonding and laughing-all the while strengthening and stretching yours and your child's growing muscles. Also available for small groups or mom's/dad's groups!
Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a yoga instruction designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga can address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; teach one relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; and strengthen abdominal and pelvic floor muscles to enhance postnatal recovery. Available in private and semiprivate sessions.
Bond with your baby through a playful yoga practice, while getting back into shape after your pregnancy. Whether you need to strengthen your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles or stretch achy necks and shoulders, we can develop a practice to fit your individual needs after giving birth. Also, learn to do yoga with your baby to strengthen growing muscles, aid in digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and help your infant towards their next stage of development.
