What to Bring
Most importantly, you should bring an open mind. Come ready to breathe, move, and discover what Treetop is all about!
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and bend. Most people prefer to wear something that is more form-fitting for comfort in forward folding. Plan on taking off both your shoes and socks.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one. We offer Manduka mat rentals for $2 and sell a selection of Liforme, Jade, and Manduka yoga mats in studio. We offer students the opportunity to try our tester mats of all the brands we carry so you can try before your buy. It's a great way to get a feel for the different textures, support, and grip offered by different mats. We highly recommend that you use your own mat if coming to yoga on a regular basis.
At our studio, we use Manduka's "ProLITE" as our rental mat. Made to honor the practice and the planet, these products are thoughtfully crafted using fabrics and processes that are both sustainable and performance-driven. Manduka mats and blocks are non-porous making them more hygenic and easier to keep clean.
Bring a water bottle. Water is available at the studio, as well as electrolyte water and seltzer water for sale. A towel might be nice for more vigorous flows that heat you up from the inside out!
