Our Physical Studio is Closed Due to COVID-19
Treetop Yoga is temporarily a virtual studio -
from our home to yours we will livestream classes
with the familiar faces and voices of our Treetop staff.
1. Register for classes on our schedule on MindBody, preferably an hour before class starts. Current memberships and class packs are honored, or you can purchase virtual drop in classes or virtual 10 class packs
2. Set up a home practice space and register for a free account with Zoom
3. Around 1 half hour before class starts, watch your email for a link to the Zoom group livestream 'conference'.
4. Join our community - you can unmute yourself and click the video icon to chat with other members of the community and see a friendly face before class starts. At the start of class, instructor will mute all, and it is your choice if you would like to stay on the screen.
We are here for you. During these uncertain times, we can gather virtually to face these challenges and take a unifying breath to bring calm and stability.

At Treetop, we recognize that every body is different, and that different types of yoga are appropriate for different people, based on physical condition, injuries or limitations, and body constitution. Our hope is to provide our community with a place where everyone can find the guidance they need to explore and discover yoga.
