Pre/Postnatal Yoga
Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a yoga instruction designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga can address and relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; teach one relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; and strengthen abdominal and pelvic floor muscles to enhance postnatal recovery.
